FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How often should my property be serviced?
Pest control is not a one-time solution. Our goal is not simply to eliminate the pests you see today, but to help reduce current pest activity while preventing future infestations through ongoing protection.
Pests can be introduced from neighboring properties, deliveries, landscaping, visitors, open doors, or many other environmental factors. For that reason, no pest control company can honestly guarantee that pests will never return.
For most residential properties, we recommend bi-monthly or quarterly service, depending on your property’s conditions, surrounding environment, and level of pest activity. During your inspection, we’ll recommend the program that best fits your needs.
Are treatments safe for children and pets?
Products are applied according to label directions and industry best practices. Your technician will provide any necessary instructions before or after treatment to ensure the safest possible application.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not always. Many routine services can be completed without the homeowner being present, depending on the treatment being performed. If interior access is required, we’ll coordinate with you in advance.
What if I notice pest activity after my service?
It is completely normal to notice increased pest activity immediately following a treatment. As the products begin working, pests are often driven out of their hiding places before they die.
Seeing pest activity shortly after service does not mean the treatment wasn’t effective—it is often a sign that the treatment is working.
If you continue to notice pest activity several days or weeks after your service, simply contact our office. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary callback to inspect your property, determine what’s happening, and provide any additional treatment if necessary.
